THE CHALLENGES AND COUNTERMEASURES OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF KINDERGARTEN
Abstract
Educational management is a fundamental instrument to promote the digitalization of kindergartens. The study determines three major issues through literature analysis and theoretical deduction, including mismatch between conventional management paradigms and digital logic, lack of digital literacy among stakeholders, and unbalanced distribution of digital resources. In order to address these problems, the following framework of improvement is suggested: three-dimensional improvement with systemic reconstruction on flat governance, multi-subject empowerment through differentiated training, and balanced resource allocation under policy guidance. The paper focuses on combining digital management with educational goals, promotes cooperation between various stakeholders, and aims at increasing the efficiency of transformation by using standardized systems. This study offers pragmatic suggestions in maximizing the management of education and enabling high quality digital transformation in kindergartens by changing the tool-focused management model into a governance-based one.
