THE EFFICIENCY OF USING THE GOOGLE DRIVE APPLICATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PLANNING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE TASKS: A CASE STUDY OF THE FACULTY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The study was the objectives of (1) investigating the efficiency of utilizing Google Drive for work management within the Planning and Quality Assurance Division, and (2) assessing user satisfaction with the implementation of Google Drive in the same work context. The sample are 100 academic and support staff from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Data were collected to measure both the level of efficiency and user satisfaction. The statistical analyses employed were percentage, mean (x̄), and standard deviation (S.D.). The study found that. (1) The efficiency of Google Drive utilization for work management in the Division findings indicate that the overall efficiency was rated at the highest level, when considering the results by individual domain, the efficiency of Google Drive utilization in the Division was found to be at the highest level for the following two aspects: the Processing Capability of the Google Drive program in work management and the Functional Capacity of the Google Drive program in work management. (2) The user satisfaction with Google Drive implementation in the Division findings indicate that the overall satisfaction was at the highest level, when analyzing the results by individual domain, satisfaction was found to be highest for the Processing Capability of the Google Drive program in work management, which was rated at the highest level.
