Abstract

The purpose of this study were 1) to examine and expectation of the Information Technology for Academic Management System in education institution of subdistrict administration organization in Samutsakorn. 2) To provide the guidelines to development the Information Technology for Academic Management System in education institution of subdistrict administration organization in Samutsakorn. A sample was selected from administrator and staffs who operation in education of subdistrict administration organization in Samutsakorn 10 institutions cases were included as sample and total amount 130 staffs. The data collection methods is survey by the questionnaire and the data were analyzed using by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The finding found that 1. The present and the expectation of the Information Technology for Academic Management System in education institution of subdistrict administration organization in Samutsakorn is moderate and when considered each sections from highest to lower it was The presentation of data, data storage, data processing, data collection and data verification. 2. The level of expectation of the Information Technology for Academic Management System in education institution of subdistrict administration organization in Samutsakorn it highest each sections from highest to lower as data storage, data processing data presentation, data verifications and data collection. 3. The guideline to development the Information System in education institution of subdistrict administration organization in Samutsakorn found that as below 3.1 The data processing, the finding indicated that the training is needed for administrators and staffs to build knowledge and understanding. The tools and equipments for data collection there should be adequate. 3.2 The data verification, the finding indicated that the training is needed for administrators and staffs to acknowledgement purpose and method about the data checking and verifications. The evaluation should include continued monitoring. 3.3 The data processing, the finding indicated that should be develop staffs who related to the data processing and data processing process management efficiency. The tools and equipments for data collection there should be adequate. 3.4 The data presentation, the finding indicated that he training is needed for administrators and staffs to build knowledge and understanding. and management the budget for communication or public relations to other institution. 3.5 The data storage, the finding indicated that the training is needed for administrators and staffs who related about the data storage to acknowledgement and should define the guidelines for data storage or data retention with explicitly and should planning the data storage system in accordance with the conditions.
