This achievement has contributed to the creation of a new paradigm for integration in theory and practice, in order to activate the teaching staff, stabilize the organizational structure and improve professional literacy. Finally, it serves the modernization and development of vocational education, meets the requirements of the national strategy for Human Resource Development and economic transformation, and reflects the deep realistic orientation and values of the time.
