DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF MANAGEMENT IN CHINESE VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

Abstract


Against the backdrop of the remarkable development of information technology, digital transformation, as a powerful driving force, is increasingly becoming a key and important means to promote the modernization of the education field. This article focuses on the theme of digital transformation in the management of Chinese vocational schools, deeply analyzes the current application status of digital technology in vocational school management, and explores a series of existing problems and further explores corresponding optimization paths. Through extensive collection and analysis of relevant literature and data, combined with representative practical cases, this article proposes a series of digital transformation strategies based on advanced technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence. The formulation and implementation of these strategies are discussed, The core goal is to effectively improve the management efficiency of vocational schools, while further optimizing the quality of management. The research results clearly show that digital transformation can play a significant optimization role in resource allocation, effectively improve the scientificity and accuracy of decision-making, and open up new opportunities and space for vocational schools in the future development process. This article also focuses on a detailed analysis of the practical application of digital transformation in specific fields such as teaching management, student management, and campus culture construction, and proposes a practical path to build a smart campus ecosystem and promote the reconstruction of management processes.
