ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCEIN EDUCATION MANAGEMENT OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES IN ZHEJIANG, CHINA
Abstract
The artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most important tools in reforming administrative governance due to the digitization of global education. The article uses Zhejiang Province as the primary case study to explore the incorporation of artificial intelligence(AI) in vocational colleges. With these institutions experiencing a growing number of students and various training needs, conventional management models tend to fail to enhance efficiency and develop information silos. The research is grounded on theories like data-driven decision-making and technology acceptance models and examines modern applications such as intelligent course scheduling, student behavior warning systems, and industry education resource matching. Even though these innovations have made operations easier, there are still major issues especially regarding data fragmentation, lack of artificial intelligence(AI) literacy among employees, ethical and security risks. Thus, the paper suggests specific measures: creation of a single platform of data to achieve interoperability, all-round training of personnel, and development of good ethical principles. These actions will contribute to enhancing the practical implementation of artificial intelligence(AI) , which will further enhance the modernization and quality of vocational education management.
