DIGITAL KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AS A DRIVER FOR SCHOOL ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE: A THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK FOR EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

Post-pandemic, educational institutions will operate in a highly unstable world full of more and more digital complexity and ongoing uncertainty.Lots of digital info floating around, but many school bosses struggle turning those facts into good choices, so there’s still a big gap between knowing how to use tech and actually handling a crisis. In order to solve this problem, we create an education administration theory according to the DKM principle. From my take on articles written in 2021-2025, I believe that the old fashioned way of doing things from the top down simply isn't going to cut it anymore if you want your school to be resilient in today's world. Resilience comes from how these three work together: digital stuff, what a place is like, and people who lead with computers spread around. Think about model places as dynamic org resources instead of static storerooms, so sch leads get a conceptual guide for improving adaptability and sustaining long-term viability in complex ed settings.
