INNOVATIVE REFORMS IN EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP WITHIN EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN CHINA

Abstract


Educational leadership is the core kinetic energy driving the high-quality development of education. This paper takes the innovation reform of educational leadership as the core topic, comprehensively uses the literature research method and case analysis method, systematically combs the constituent elements and development venation of educational leadership, and deeply analyzes the outstanding problems and causes of educational leadership in decision-making, team management, teaching guidance and other aspects in current educational management. Threeinnovative reform strategies are proposed: implementing student-centered leadership concept at the concept level, cultivating leaders 'multiple comprehensive literacy at the ability level, and implementing distributed and shared leadership at the model level. Through the typical case analysis of A middle school and B primary school, the effectiveness of the above strategies is verified, and the policy support and resource guarantee are constructed. The conclusion enriches the theoretical system of educational leadership, provides operable action guidelines for educational administrators to optimize leadership practice and promote educational quality in the new era, and has important practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of education.
