The three sub-variables under inspection when analysing the second independent variable of stress & burnout are as follows: sleep deprivation, workload intensity, and emotional exhaustion. The three sub-variables tested for the third independent variable of organization leadership include planning & preparation, guidance & support, and evaluation & judgement. A quantitative dataset was collected comprising of 400 respondents who currently are or have been private high school teachers in Bangkok. Snowball sampling technique was used to collect responses in the forms of an anonymous online survey to ensure questionnaire integrity and honesty. The questionnaire consists of multiple-choice questions during the first section of demographic questions and then a series of 5-point Likert questions regarding the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that all of the hypotheses proposed are supported. The study suggests that there is a notable relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable.
