Abstract

The purposes of this research were to (1) study best practices in management of Sangsom kindergarten school (2) evaluate the necessities and adequacies of these best practices. The samples of this research are administrator, 12 class teachers and 55 students’ parent. The research tools are interviewing
and questionnaire, derive from interview data, and synthesis the data to make the questionnaire for evaluate the necessities and adequacies by luminaries.
The result of research found that best practices in management of Sangsom kindergarten school are
    1) Best practices in environment, building, and facility: Sangsom kindergarten school has policy and management in environment, building, and facility by using standard no. 11 of school quality assurance to be the minimum criteria, and supplement something which necessary. These best practices
are strongly necessities and strongly adequacies.
    2) Best practices in learning courses: Sangsom kindergarten school has policy and management in learning courses that provides experiences for strengthen appropriate development of body, emotion, mind, and intelligence of students. These best practices are strongly necessities and strongly adequacies.
   3) Best practices in human resource management: Sangsom kindergarten school has policy andmanagement in human resource management that emphasizes the process of recruitment, compensation,development, and maintenance. These best practices are strongly necessities and strongly adequacies.

    4) Best practices in parents’ participation: Sangsom kindergarten school has policy andmanagement in parents’ participation that supports parents participate in their child development and learning, and participate in volunteers. These best practices are strongly necessities and strongly adequacies, except parents’ participation in volunteers are fairy necessities and fairy adequacies.
