Abstract


The objectives of this research were to study: 1) Study level of The Opinion of Thai Oil Public Company Limited on Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management. 2) Study factors of Organizational affecting the Learning Organization of Thai Oil Public Company Limited. 3) Study Knowledge Management factors affecting the Learning Organization of Thai Oil Public Company Limited. The research was done as quantitative method by using questionnaire collected from 308 data with Stratified sampling from population as employees of Thai Oil Public Company Limited were analyzed by Percentage, Mean Standard deviation and Linear Regression Analysis. The findings were that 1) Overall opinions levels of employees on Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management were high. 2) Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management are positively correlated with Learning Organization that have significant 0.01 3) Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management positive effects on Learning Organization were statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
