Abstract


Quality of work life (QWL) is an increasingly important issue and atmosphere, QWL both in the enterprise and employees will affect the future development of the company and performance to meet the standard. The QWL also involves the working environment, work content and the relationship between employees.

The research conducted a questionnaire survey on the impact of QWL on the work atmosphere, employee stress and teamwork on the quality of work and life, and collected about 50 people of different age groups to conduct the survey, and found that the above issues do affect the QWL of the employees, which in turn affects the company's achievement of the goals. Therefore, QWL has an impact on employees and the company as a whole. In this paper, we will focus on whether teamwork, work atmosphere and employee stress have an impact on QWL in an organization.
