An Internal Supervision Model for Improving the Instructional Management In Nanning Private Higher Educational Institutes, China

Abstract


This study aimed to build an internal supervision model for improving the
instructional management in Nanning private higher educational institutes.Data of the study were drawn from reviewing literature and interviewing the professor, experts and dean of the higher education institution in Guangxi, China. Finding showed that the internal supervision model involved supervision task, supervision process and supervision activity. The internal supervision model for improving the instructional management in Nanning private higher
educational institutes were most accuracy and moderate feasible from the experts’ point of view.
