Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate the internal quality assurance system in Engineering Faculty of Pathumwan Institute of Technology. The objectives were to improve the process of internal quality assurance system and to describe indicators of quality control. The sample group was divided into 2 groups: the first included 3 experts in quality assurance system, and the second included 14 officers of Engineering Faculty. The research tools were brainstorming, Cause and Effect Diagram (Fishbone Diagram), Check-Sheets, Meeting notes, Quality Business Process (QBP) and Quality Work Procedure
(OWP + KQI) The result of the research, the researcher created 7 plans for improving the internal quality process assurance system and 50 sheets of indicator description which 3 experts had group discussion about the process and the description sheets that suitable and conforms to the indicators of quality control and can be used as a guideline to operate the quality assurance.
