Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1) development of training course curriculum in fancy jelly of junior high school students. 2) to study the achievement of training course curriculum in fancy jelly of junior high school students and 3) to study participants' satisfaction with the training course curriculum in fancy jelly of junior high school students. This research is research and development. The samples of the study were 27 people in the Chumchon Ban Dontan school Education Service Area Office of Nan 2. The second semester of academic year 2015. It is derived from Purposive selection. The research equipment instruments were requirement questionnairs, assessment as appropriate, ability assessment, and assessment of satisfaction. The data were analyzed using arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1) development of training course curriculum in fancy jelly of junior high school students. data consistency and the suitability of the course high level 2) to study the achievement of training course curriculum in fancy jelly of junior high school students. with mean of 83.89 points and 3) study participants' satisfaction with the training course curriculum in fancy jelly of junior high school students. ranked at the most level.
